AMIGO
11 yr old Registered QH gelding. 2008 was Amigo's 1st year as a therapy horse. He was owned by one person and was trail ridden and shown in western.

LARRY

19yr old registered QH Gelding. His registered name is INQUISITIVE LARK , a RUGGED LARK grandson. freedomfarm purchased Larry in 2005. His prior owners showed Larry in western pleasure and reining.

ROCKY
15 yr old paint pony. Rocky was purchased 3 years ago. He was a family pony until he came to freedomfarm

RUSTY

8 yr old Registered QH gelding. His Registered name is TWO TALKS. freedomfarm purchased Rusty in 2007. Rusty was trained in pleasure and was at a barn giving lessons to children before we purchased him.

SNICKERS

19 yr old Registered QH gelding. His registered name is AUTUMNS BOY. Snickers was purchased by freedomfarm in 2005. Snickers was shown in western pleasure, roping, and working cow horse.

SPOT

9 yr old Registered QH gelding. His registered name is LENAS MELODY. Spot has training in working cow horse and dressage. Spot was donated to freedomfarm at the end of 2008 and we look forward for everyone meeting him in the spring.

SUPERMAN
14 year old paint gelding. freedomfarm purchased Superman in November of 2008 and is currently getting ready for the spring session !

TANGO

11 yr old Registered QH Gelding. His Registered name is LITTLE MO CHIP. Tango was purchased by freedomfarm 1 year ago. Tango has been trained for working cow horse and was at a barn giving lessons to children before we purchased him.

Freedomfarm earns

Re-Accreditation!

In November of 2008 Freedomfarm participated for the second time in a voluntary accreditation process through NARHA, the national organization with whom we have been affiliated since 2000. Freedomfarm was successfully accredited for its first 5-year term in 2003.

Two NARHA representatives spent a day at Freedomfarm reviewing files, touring the facilities, observing a lesson, interviewing staff and volunteers, and conducting a comprehensive examination of all programming, administrative, and facility particulars. We are delighted to report that Freedomfarm passed this accreditation process and will continue as a Premier Accredited NARHA Center. Freedomfarm is one of five accredited NARHA centers in Minnesota (25 total). Of the 700 NARHA Operating Centers nationwide, only 25% are accredited.

freedomfarm is located 5 miles south of Hwy. 12, 5 miles north of Hwy 7, 10 miles west of Watertown, and 5 miles east of Winsted at 11500 Ferman Avenue SW, Waverly, MN 55390.
